  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin, solid pack
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
