Make sure you use buttermilk & not just milk with vinegar. It gives it a much better fluffy consistency.
My celiac husband loves these much better than the already made frozen ones you buy!

Step-by-Step

  • 1add oil to the buttermilk~stir. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add btrmlk/oil mixture & eggs. Stir up well~ & cook!
