I'm a family and couples Therapist who besides Psychology, loves to cook for a crowed as well just for my family. Since a long time family members are dealing with some food intolerance, than I'm always looking for recipes can attend their needs. buttermilk/ or substitute
1 Tbsp
cooking oil
2 Tbsp
brown sugar or any cooking sweetener
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 c
rice flour
1/2 c
potato flour
1/4 c

How to Make Gluten Free Blender Pancakes


  • 1Place milk, eggs and oil in blender.
  • 2Blend at low speed.
  • 3Add sugar or sweetener and dry ingredients.
  • 4Pour 6" rounds into greased skillet or non-stick pan.
  • 5Flip when bubbles appear throughout and edge of cake looks dull.
  • 6Add more milk for thinner pancakes or more flour for thicker ones.
  • 7You can add any fresh or frozen fruit or nuts to the dough
