- 1Place milk, eggs and oil in blender.
- 2Blend at low speed.
- 3Add sugar or sweetener and dry ingredients.
- 4Pour 6" rounds into greased skillet or non-stick pan.
- 5Flip when bubbles appear throughout and edge of cake looks dull.
- 6Add more milk for thinner pancakes or more flour for thicker ones.
- 7You can add any fresh or frozen fruit or nuts to the dough
