1 cbuttermilk/ or substitute

2eggs

1 Tbspcooking oil

2 Tbspbrown sugar or any cooking sweetener

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 crice flour
-
1/2 cpotato flour
-
1/4 ccornmeal
How to Make Gluten Free Blender Pancakes
- Place milk, eggs and oil in blender.
- Blend at low speed.
- Add sugar or sweetener and dry ingredients.
- Pour 6" rounds into greased skillet or non-stick pan.
- Flip when bubbles appear throughout and edge of cake looks dull.
- Add more milk for thinner pancakes or more flour for thicker ones.
- You can add any fresh or frozen fruit or nuts to the dough
