easy flatbread dough
I break this dough up into 4 balls. Each time I want a individual flatbread pizza. I roll out one dough place it in the oven for 10 minutes then add toppings and bake another 7 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 cup milk
How To Make easy flatbread dough

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Knead for about 5 minutes on floured board until smooth if too sticky add more flour. wrap in cling wrap and let sit at room temp for 30 minutes.

Step 2store in fridge. When ready to use roll out the dough in desired sizes. You can bake it at 350 degrees for flatbread pizza or fry it an in oil d use like naan
