I found this recipe in a magazine and it looks good enough to eat. LOL.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated monterrey jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

How To Make easy cheesy flat bread(sallye)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450º Mix Bisquick and hot water until stiff dough forms Let stand for 10 minutes
  • Step 2
    Turn dough onto surface generously dusted with Bisquick Gently roll dough in Bisquick to coat Shape into ball Knead 60 times
  • Step 3
    Pat dough into approximately 12" square on ungreased cookie sheet Spread melted butter over dough Sprinkle cheese and spices over top of dough
  • Step 4
    Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes until edges are light golden brown
