banana's over pancakes
My kids love pancakes!! This rich and moist pancake is a nice little twist if you want something different. Plus you can slip a fruit in on your kids =)

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegtable oil
- 2 - ripe bananas ..mashed
- - toasted pecans and sliced bananas if desired
How To Make banana's over pancakes

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients and set aside

Step 2Wisk egg , milk, and oil. Mix in mashed banana

Step 3Slowly mix dry ingredients into egg/milk mixture batter will be lumpy

Step 4Make pancakes on gridle or skilet as any other pancake. If you want pecans in pancakes you can sprinkle a few into individual pancakes while cooking.

Step 5Serve with sliced bananas and pecans on top if desired. Drizzle with favorite syrup.
