banana buckwheat pancakes
I was making these while My grandson 3 was washing the dishes. Had to stop and enjoy the great moments of haveing a grandbaby in the house. By the way he loves these pancakes. Curious George eats them lol..

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups hodgson mills buckwheat pancake mix
- 1 tablespoon ground cinamon
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 medium mashed banana
- 1/4 cup raisin optional
How To Make banana buckwheat pancakes

Step 1Mix dry infredients together. Add egg and mix. Add water a little ar a time until there is a thick creamy texture. Stir in banana and add raisins . Cook on nonstick pan . you may use oil or spray. Flip pancakes when bubbles begin to pop. Makes about 12 medium pancakes.

Step 2Remember that buckwheat pancakes can burn easily watch carefully..Also these freeze well for later use.
