My family really loves this banana bread. When we make it we make several loafs at a time and freeze them for later.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 - eggs
- 3 large very ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream or buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup walnut halves
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Place butter, eggs, bananas, sour cream (or buttermilk) and lemon juice in blender or work bowl or food processor. Whirl until smooth.

Step 2Add to work bowl: sugar, flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Stirring until just moist.

Step 3Add nuts stirring until evenly distributed.

Step 4Pour into greased loaf pan.

Step 5Bake in 350 degree oven 60 to 70 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.
