This is a quick , easy Appetizer, that starts with a favorite of mine " Cresent Rolls " I always like to have a good appetizer , when we play cards, this one is a good one to make. This recipe is from epicurious.com and Dash Recipes.

- 1 package cresent rolls
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh , thyme
How To Make apricot pecan flatbread

Step 1Pre- Heat Oven to 375 - Take rolls out of can, Unroll , But Do Not Separate, like you would to make into Rolls, Press into a Rectangular Crust on the Baking sheet. - In a Bowl mix the jam with the Butter, and spread over the crust, Sprinkle the Pecans and gorgonzola all over the top.

Step 2Bake for 13 minutes Or Untill Crust is a Golden Brown - Take out of Oven and Sprinkle with Thyme - cut into Squares Or Strips .
