My mother serves this breakfast dish for her overnight guests, which also includes my husband and myself whenever we visit her:) It is oh-so-easy to make and oh-so-delicious!

  • 1/4 tsp

    apples (i use fugi), sliced thin
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine

How to Make Apple Puff Pancake


  1. Melt butter in 13x9" pan. Add apple slices, then sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour egg mixture over apples and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
