Apple pancakes to delight all on christmas morning. or even the Night before, was the tradition in our home, We would have the Kids open (1) gift, from mom & dad Christmas eve, and serve Hot Cocoa and Pancakes for a Christmas treat. All the other gifts were from Santa, and he had Not yet arrived. It was a lot of Fun those Happy Memories, that we cherish.

- 2 - eggs
- 2 C - flour, sifted
- 1 C - milk
- 1 C - applesauce
- 1 tsp - salt
- 2 Tbs - baking pdr
- 4 Tbs - butter, melted
- OPTIONAL: 1 LGE CAN, APPLE PIE FILLING
