1 boxpillsbury or krustez quick bread
-
1 cupdried raisins
-
1 cuptoasted pecans or walnuts, chopped

2 tspcinnamon

1 tspfreshly grated nutmeg

1 tspground ginger

·zest from two oranges

1 tspvanilla
How to Make Pumpkin Spice Bread
- Dump cake mix in bowl; add spices and stir well;
- add wet ingredients including zest and stir to mix;
- Add craisins and nuts, stir. Pour into greased bundt or loaf pan; bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- In small bowl mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp ginger and enough fresh squeezed orange juice to make drizzle glaze; mix well and drizzle over cooled cake or bread.
