  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 c
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    pumpkin puree
  • 1 c
    vegetale oil
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 oz
    cranberries , fresh in bag

How to Make Pumpkin Cranberry Bread


  1. Preheat over to 350 F
  2. Sift together the flour, salt,sugar,and baking soda.
  3. Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices together , then combine with the dry ingredients, but do not mix too thoroughly.
  4. Fold in Cranberries.
  5. Pour into well-buttered loaf pan.
  6. Bake 50 - 60 minutes, until straw comes out clean. Turn out of pan and cool on rack.
