Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup vegetale oil
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 12 ounces cranberries , fresh in bag
How To Make pumpkin cranberry bread

Step 1Preheat over to 350 F

Step 2Sift together the flour, salt,sugar,and baking soda.

Step 3Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices together , then combine with the dry ingredients, but do not mix too thoroughly.

Step 4Fold in Cranberries.

Step 5Pour into well-buttered loaf pan.

Step 6Bake 50 - 60 minutes, until straw comes out clean. Turn out of pan and cool on rack.
