3 call purpose flour
2 tspbaking soda
2 cpumpkin puree
1 cvegetale oil
1/2 tsppumpkin pie spice
12 ozcranberries , fresh in bag
How to Make Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
- Preheat over to 350 F
- Sift together the flour, salt,sugar,and baking soda.
- Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices together , then combine with the dry ingredients, but do not mix too thoroughly.
- Fold in Cranberries.
- Pour into well-buttered loaf pan.
- Bake 50 - 60 minutes, until straw comes out clean. Turn out of pan and cool on rack.
