I love my husband and my friends. But if they had THEIR way; once the weather gets cool outside, they would have me making my Pumpkin- Cranberry Bread EVERY DAY!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup vegetale oil
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 ounces cranberries , fresh in bag

How To Make pumpkin cranberry bread

  • Step 1
    Preheat over to 350 F
  • Step 2
    Sift together the flour, salt,sugar,and baking soda.
  • Step 3
    Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices together , then combine with the dry ingredients, but do not mix too thoroughly.
  • Step 4
    Fold in Cranberries.
  • Step 5
    Pour into well-buttered loaf pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake 50 - 60 minutes, until straw comes out clean. Turn out of pan and cool on rack.
