    pumpkin
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 4 large
    whites
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon

How to Make Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Filling

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix pumpkin, 1 cup sugar,brown sugar, 3 eggs whites, cream, and oil together. Add flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. In separate bowl beat cream cheese with the other 1 cup of sugar, the other 1 egg white, and the cinnamon.
  4. Grease a loaf pan. Pour half the pumpkin mixture in the bottom. Top with the cream cheese and then the other half of pumpkin mixture.
  5. Bake for 1 hour
