- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 large whites
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Mix pumpkin, 1 cup sugar,brown sugar, 3 eggs whites, cream, and oil together. Add flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

Step 3In separate bowl beat cream cheese with the other 1 cup of sugar, the other 1 egg white, and the cinnamon.

Step 4Grease a loaf pan. Pour half the pumpkin mixture in the bottom. Top with the cream cheese and then the other half of pumpkin mixture.
