Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloces
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 can pumpkin, 1 lb.
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup walnuts, optional
- 1 cup raisins, optional
- 4 - eggs
How To Make pumpkin bread

Step 1Stir together dry ingredients except for sugar

Step 2stir together all wet ingredients and sugar and eggs

Step 3add dry ingredients and mix until blended. Addnuts and raisins

Step 4Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans

Step 5Bake at 350 until done, about 45 minutes
