Be creative with your flavours. Don't over cook the pizza, that's the secret here. I actually pre cook all the meats so they go on hot, that was it's just the dough cooking and a lot of people error in this step.so I cook the pizza till still a bit doughy, only slightly browned. Take out pizza and turn on broiler, when temp is right watch n broil your pizza till the cheese is bubbly???? then I pan fry it in a bit of butter to crips up the bottom! Amazing is all I have to say. It's a Friday night ritual with my husband to make pizza and enjoy a beer.????????
