Peanut Butter Oat Bread

This is a good bread. I warm it in the microwave and spread it with honey butter.

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 c
    chunky peanut butter
  • 1 large
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Peanut Butter Oat Bread


  1. In a bowl, mix your flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in peanut butter until crumbly.
  2. Combine the egg, milk, and vanilla and stir into your dry ingredients just until moistened. Transfer to a 9x5 greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until tests done in center with tooth pick. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. 1 loaf
