How to Make Pandesal
- Once dough is made, place on cutting board and cut dough into 5 pieces and set aside. Take one piece and cut into 1 ounce pieces and take the pieces and roll with hands until smooth. Repeat until all dough is rolled into rolls.
- Place rolled dough on a greased sheet pan and allow to rise in a draft free place for 20 minutes.
- Once dough has risen, bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Once rolls come out of the oven, brush tops with butter to keep the bread soft.
