Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
How To Make orange apricot scones

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 Line 2 large baking pans with parchment paper.

Step 2In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients Put all of the wet ingredients including diced apricots into a blender. Process one minute until smooth.

Step 3Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Drop 1/4 cup of mixture onto the baking sheets. 2 inches apart. Bake for Bake 10-15 minutes until a tooth pick that is inserted into the scone comes out clean.
