2 coriginal bisquick
2/3 cwhole milk
2/3 coriginal bisquick
2/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
1 tspground cinnamon
4 Tbspfirm, unsalted butter
How to Make Mom's Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease round pan, 9- by 1 1/2-inches.
- To make streusel topping, mix all topping ingredients, except the butter. Cut in butter using a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
- Stir cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
