- 2 cups original bisquick
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 2/3 cup original bisquick
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons firm, unsalted butter

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease round pan, 9- by 1 1/2-inches.

Step 2To make streusel topping, mix all topping ingredients, except the butter. Cut in butter using a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly; set aside.

Step 3Stir cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
