This is a quick and easy way recipe if you have a bit of a sweet tooth for breakfast. I have made this recipe for my husband, Mark, since we were first married.

    original bisquick
  • 2/3 c
    whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 large

  • 2/3 c
    original bisquick
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp
    firm, unsalted butter

How to Make Mom's Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease round pan, 9- by 1 1/2-inches.
  2. To make streusel topping, mix all topping ingredients, except the butter. Cut in butter using a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
  3. Stir cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
