mom's banana bread
This recipe is from my mom and it's a hit because it's very moist unlike most banana bread. It does get a little dark when baking but it won't affect the flavor. Even my fussiest two eaters will eat a half a loaf after school.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 - bananas - mashed
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make mom's banana bread

Step 1Cream sugar and margarine. Add mashed bananas and eggs and beat well.

Step 2Fold in dry ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan. I put a slip of wax paper on the bottom so it doesn't stick.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
