This recipe is from my mom and it's a hit because it's very moist unlike most banana bread. It does get a little dark when baking but it won't affect the flavor. Even my fussiest two eaters will eat a half a loaf after school.
Ingredients

1 csugar

1/2 cmargarine

3bananas - mashed
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1 1/4 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
How to Make Mom's banana bread
- Cream sugar and margarine. Add mashed bananas and eggs and beat well.
- Fold in dry ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan. I put a slip of wax paper on the bottom so it doesn't stick.
- Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
