Mom Brier's Zucchini Bread

This is the recipe my wonderful Mother-in-Law gave me. All the family loves it. :)
Ingredients

2 cflour
-
2 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
3eggs
-
1 coil
-
2 csugar
-
2 czucchini shredded
-
2 tspvanilla
-
1 cwalnuts or pecans chopped
How to Make Mom Brier's Zucchini Bread
- Grease and flour two loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first 5 ingredients, set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients except nuts.
- Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients. When mixed thoroughly add nuts.
- Pour evenly between the two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
