Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups zucchini shredded
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans chopped
How To Make mom brier's zucchini bread

Step 1Grease and flour two loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix first 5 ingredients, set aside.

Step 3Mix remaining ingredients except nuts.

Step 4Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients. When mixed thoroughly add nuts.

Step 5Pour evenly between the two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
