margie's disappearing banana bread
Originally baked by Margie a friend of my girlfriend. I use mini loaf pans because it is so much easier to hand out small personal loaves rather than slice. Quality Greek yogurt may be used in place of the sour cream.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mashed banannas
- 1/4 cup favorite nuts (optional)
How To Make margie's disappearing banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Add sugar to softened butter, then eggs and vanilla. Next add flour, salt, baking soda and bananas.

Step 3You may add nuts or forget altogether.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. A single loaf pan works but I use mini loaf pans.

Step 5When a toothpick comes out clean it is done.
