How to Make MAPLE FRENCH TOAST

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a wide, shallow bowl, mix together eggs, milk, sugar, salt and maple extract.
  • 2Over medium heat, melt butter in 10-12 inch skillet.
  • 3Working with one at a time, place slice of bread in egg mixture for 5 or 6 seconds, turn it over in the mixture to completely coat then place in skillet with melted butter.
  • 4Repeat with remaining slices.
