ice cream bread
I honestly do not remember where I found this recipe. I think it was from a Southern Living magazine. It is super simple to make just two basic ingredients. the variations are endless.

Ingredients
- 2 cups ice cream, softened ( i used chocolate with choclate chunks and a cherry swirl)
- 1-1/2 cup self rising flour
- - add in nuts, coconut, chips, lemon zest, etc if desired
How To Make ice cream bread

Step 1Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8- x 4-inch loaf pan.

Step 2Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of bread comes out clean. Remove from pan, and cool on a wire rack.
