gail's banana bread

We just do not allow bananas to get tossed in this kitchen! When they're too ripe to eat, my husband knows he'll get a loaf of this to take to work to share with co-workers who've all asked for the recipe. My neighbors are all tickled to get an unexpected "gift" because, like I said, bananas don't get tossed away in this kitchen! It's very moist and delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - banans, mashed
How To Make gail's banana bread

Step 1In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, lightly.

Step 2Add sugar, vegetable oil, soda, salt and flour. Beat on medium with electric mixer until well blended.

Step 3Add mashed bananas. Stir to combine.

Step 4Pour into a well buttered loaf pan.

Step 5Bake in 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick test comes back clean.
