French Fried Apple Fritter Drops
1 Tbspdry yeast
1 cwarm water
1/2 cscalded milk, then cooled
1/3 csplenda sugar
3-4 cwhite flour
2 cfinely chopped apple
How to Make French Fried Apple Fritter Drops
- scald milk, then set aside
- dissolve yeast in warm water, add beaten egg, splenda, salt, cinnamon, mix well I use a kitchen aid
- add flour a little at a time, the dough will be sticky. turn into a greased bowl, cover and let rise till double.
- heat vegetable oil in large pan to 325 and drop tablespoons of dough into hot oil. cook till golden brown. let cool and roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar and enjoy.
