- 1-2 can buttermilk refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- - oil for frying
How To Make easy/quick cinnamon doughnuts

Step 1In a saucepan or a deep skillet have oil about 3 inches deep and heat to 350 degrees, use a frying or a candy thermometer

Step 2In each biscuit make a hole with your finger and stretch it out a bit but keeping a round shape

Step 3Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl big enough to dip doughnuts in

Step 4Fry 3 doughnuts at a time, flipping them over as they brown, when done drain slightly on paper towels

Step 5While still hot dip and flip doughnut in cinnamon sugar mixture I use 2 cans of biscuits to make enough,they go quick
