How to Make Easy/Quick Cinnamon Doughnuts

Step-by-Step

  1. In a saucepan or a deep skillet have oil about 3 inches deep and heat to 350 degrees, use a frying or a candy thermometer
  2. In each biscuit make a hole with your finger and stretch it out a bit but keeping a round shape
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl big enough to dip doughnuts in
  4. Fry 3 doughnuts at a time, flipping them over as they brown, when done drain slightly on paper towels
  5. While still hot dip and flip doughnut in cinnamon sugar mixture I use 2 cans of biscuits to make enough,they go quick
