How to Make Date Walnut Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a standing mixer cream eggs, sugar, butter and water. Combine flour, salt and baking powder and add this to creamed mixture.
  2. In a small bowl mix chopped dates & walnuts with 1 Tbsp. flour and blend together, this will keep your dates and nuts from sticking together and sinking to the bottom of your bread.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bread tests done in the center.
