  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
  • 1
  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    cranberries, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Cranberry Nut Cake


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
  2. Cream together brown sugar and butter, add egg and mix well.
    Add flour, baking soda, milk, vanilla, cranberries, and 1 cup nuts: mix well.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
    In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup nuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
    Spread this over batter and swirl some in.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 45 minutes or until done.
