Cranberry Nut Cake
1 1/2 cbrown sugar
2 1/2 call purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspvanilla extract
2 ccranberries, chopped
1 1/2 cchopped nuts
1/2 cgranulated sugar
How to Make Cranberry Nut Cake
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
- Cream together brown sugar and butter, add egg and mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, milk, vanilla, cranberries, and 1 cup nuts: mix well.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup nuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
Spread this over batter and swirl some in.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 45 minutes or until done.
