Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 - egg
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cranberries, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make cranberry nut cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.

Step 2Cream together brown sugar and butter, add egg and mix well. Add flour, baking soda, milk, vanilla, cranberries, and 1 cup nuts: mix well.

Step 3Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup nuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread this over batter and swirl some in.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 45 minutes or until done.
