Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1- 1/2 cups cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup nuts
How To Make cranberry banana bread

Step 1In a large bowl, beat butter with sugar until fluffy; beat in eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add bananas, mixing well.

Step 2Whisk together dry ingredients. Stir into butter mixture alternately with milk, making 3 additions of dry ingredients and 2 of milk. Stir only until to moisten. Fold in cranberries and nuts.

Step 3Put into a greased and floured 9 X 5 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
