How to Make Cinnamon Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. Beat for about 2 minutes. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Sprinkle with half of cinnamon/sugar mixture. Pour rest of batter on top and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  3. Swirl through with knife for marbled effect. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
