Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. Beat for about 2 minutes. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Step 2Sprinkle with half of cinnamon/sugar mixture. Pour rest of batter on top and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Step 3Swirl through with knife for marbled effect. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
