Ingredients

  • 1 c
    fresh strawberries, sliced into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Strawberry Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Butter a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in large bowl and mix well with fork or whisk.
  3. Beat the eggs into the oil, then add the strawberries and chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Add strawberry mixture to the flour mixture, mix together until the batter is even.
  5. Pour mixture into the loaf pan. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cut loaf into slices, serve, and enjoy!
