  • 1 1/2 c
    bananas, very ripe approximately 3
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    cooking oil
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 1/3 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 c
    walnuts
  • 2/3 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Read

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350*. Grease loaf pan (9×5×3)
  2. Beat all ingredients (except nuts & chips). vigorously for 30 seconds.
    Fold in nuts & chips.
  3. Pour batter into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 60-65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf then remove from pan.
