Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls, 8 oz
- 11 ounces butterscotch chips, divided
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons water
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
How To Make butterscotch sticky buns

Step 1Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in 13 x 9 pan in preheated oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 16 triangles

Step 3Sprinkle with 1-1/3 cup of butterscotch morsels

Step 4Starting at short side, roll each triangle up and place in 9 x 13 pan.

Step 5Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly brown.

Step 6Microwave remaining morsels on med/high for 20 seconds. Stir and microwave another 10 to 20 seconds and stir until smooth.

Step 7Stir in nuts, sugar, lemon juice water and cinnamon.

Step 8Pour mixture over hot rolls. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes or until bubbly.

Step 9Loosen from pan and cool in pan or on cooling rack for 10 minutes.
