Ingredients

2 c
flour
1/2 c
brown sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1
egg
1/2 c
milk
1/4 c
melted butter
1 c
pumpkin
1 c
butterscotch chips
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1/4 c
butterscotch ice cream topping

How to Make butterscotch pumpkin loaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1mix all the dry ingredients (first 7) stir and make a well in the centre.
  • 2beat egg, milk butter and pumpkin. Add to well. Add butterscotch chips and nuts. Stir until just moistened.
  • 3spread in greased loaf pan. Drizzle with butterscotch topping.
  • 4bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the middle is done. Let stand 10 minutes in pan. Run knife around the sides, remove from pan onto wire rack to cool.
