Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
How To Make butterscotch pumpkin loaf

Step 1mix all the dry ingredients (first 7) stir and make a well in the centre.

Step 2beat egg, milk butter and pumpkin. Add to well. Add butterscotch chips and nuts. Stir until just moistened.

Step 3spread in greased loaf pan. Drizzle with butterscotch topping.

Step 4bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the middle is done. Let stand 10 minutes in pan. Run knife around the sides, remove from pan onto wire rack to cool.
