·3 cups self rising flour

·1 cup hershey's unsweetened baking cocoa

·1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

·2 sticks butter, softened

·3 1/2 cups sugar

·4 eggs

·2 cups buttermilk

·1 cup chopped pecans
How to Make Buttermilk Chocolate Pecan Bread
- In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until smooth, add eggs and buttermilk and mix on low until smooth.
- In a larger bowl, combine flour, cocoa, cinnamon and pour in buttermilk mixture. Mix on medium speed well and stir in pecans.
- Pour batter into 3 greased 9x5 loaf pans and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
