Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk or regular milk
- 1 cup bananas, mashed & ripe
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
How To Make banana tea bread

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350. Spray two loaf pans and set aside. Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs and sour cream.

Step 2Add flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Blend in bananas, milk, and almond extract. Stir in pecans, if desired. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until bread tests done in center. Enjoy!
