Ingredients

  • 4 large
    bananas
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    buttermilk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 c
    flour, sifted

How to Make Banana Nut Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Smash ripe bananas set aside, chop walnuts set aside.
  2. mix all other ingrediants in a glass bowl.mixing well after each addition. Add in bananas and nuts.
    Mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased bread pan.
    Bake at 350 for 55 mins.
    or until a knife comes out clean from the center
