Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups banana's, mashed
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 8 ounces can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon/sugar for loaf pan see instructions
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture to dust in bottom and sides of loaf pans, then tap out and discard the rest of mixture.

Step 2Mix flour, baking soda, and sugar until blended. Then add banana's, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple to dry ingredients and stir to blend.

Step 3Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake 1 hour or until done in center and loaves look golden brown.
