all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
2 c
2 c
banana's, mashed
1/2 c
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
3 large
8 oz
can crushed pineapple with juice
1 Tbsp
cinnamon/sugar for loaf pan see instructions

How to Make Banana Bread


  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture to dust in bottom and sides of loaf pans, then tap out and discard the rest of mixture.
  • 2Mix flour, baking soda, and sugar until blended. Then add banana's, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple to dry ingredients and stir to blend.
  • 3Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake 1 hour or until done in center and loaves look golden brown.
