These beautiful loaves will have a slight glossy look to them and they should be tender and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups banana's, mashed
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon/sugar for loaf pan see instructions

How To Make banana bread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture to dust in bottom and sides of loaf pans, then tap out and discard the rest of mixture.
  • Step 2
    Mix flour, baking soda, and sugar until blended. Then add banana's, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple to dry ingredients and stir to blend.
  • Step 3
    Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake 1 hour or until done in center and loaves look golden brown.
