This is a great basic banana bread. Extremely moist and delicious! Not overly sweet.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter, softened (1/2 cup)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 1/3 cups banana, mashed over ripe (i used 2 large bananas)
How To Make banana bread

Step 1In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt

Step 2In a mixing bowl cream butter and brown sugar until combined. About 1-2 minutes.

Step 3Add eggs,bananas and buttermilk, mix until blended.

Step 4Add flour mixture to banana mixture and combine until just moistened.

Step 5Bake in prepared pan for 30-35 minutes on 350* or until a toothpick comes out clean.
