Make a 9-inch loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 - very ripe bananas, mashed well
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 - eggs, beaten lightly
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Butter and flour 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

Step 3Whisk flour, sugar and baking soda together in a large bowl.

Step 4Mix mashed bananas, yogurt, eggs, butter and vanilla with wooden spoon until well blended.

Step 5Lightly fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients. Pour into loaf pan.

Step 6Bake about 55 minutes, until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes in pan.
