Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricots, cut fine
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
How To Make apricot nut bread

Step 1Soak apricots in a 1/4 cup hot water for 30 minutes and then drain well.

Step 2Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, orange juice and melted butter. Fold in apricots and nuts.

Step 3Pour into greased and floured 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
