Apricot Nut Bread

1 cdried apricots, cut fine
2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
2 Tbspmelted butter
1/2 corange juice
1/2 cchopped nuts
How to Make Apricot Nut Bread
- Soak apricots in a 1/4 cup hot water for 30 minutes and then drain well.
- Sift dry ingredients.
Add eggs, orange juice and melted butter.
Fold in apricots and nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 X 5 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
