apple-banana tree bread
This recipe makes 2 nice loaves, it is so moist from the apples! You could add raisins, or dried cherries, or cranberries and nuts also!! A yummy harvest time treat!!

Ingredients
- 3 small apples, grated
- 3 - banana's, mashed
- 1/2 cup 1 stick-butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make apple-banana tree bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* In a bowl put banana's and grate apples in the bowl, set aside (the recipe says to peel them, but I grated them with the peel on)

Step 2Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs, add vanilla, stir in the apples and banana's, then sprinkle the soda and baking powder and 1/2 the flour, mixing well, fold in last of the flour, mix well

Step 3Divide evenly between 2 greased loaf pans and bake for 50-55 minutes (mine took 50 min.) or until pick comes out clean... Enjoy! P.S. Why are banana's never lonely?? Because they hang around in bunches!!!
