Visiting cousin with celiac disease, brown bananas on the counter. Decided to give this a shot and it came out delicious!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 4 - bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make amy's gf bisquick banana bread

Step 1Cream together butter and sugar

Step 2Add eggs and mashed bananas, combine well

Step 3Add bisquick and vanilla to creamed mixture

Step 4Pour into greased and floured loaf pan

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes

Step 6Ovens vary, change degrees and cooking time accordingly. I recommend using a glass dish. Enjoy!
