Visiting cousin with celiac disease, brown bananas on the counter. Decided to give this a shot and it came out delicious!

butter, room temperature
1/2 c
eggs, beaten
bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c
gluten free bisquick
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Amy's GF Bisquick Banana Bread


  • 1Cream together butter and sugar
  • 2Add eggs and mashed bananas, combine well
  • 3Add bisquick and vanilla to creamed mixture
  • 4Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
  • 6Ovens vary, change degrees and cooking time accordingly. I recommend using a glass dish. Enjoy!
