Visiting cousin with celiac disease, brown bananas on the counter. Decided to give this a shot and it came out delicious!

  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 4
    bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 c
    gluten free bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Amy's GF Bisquick Banana Bread


  1. Cream together butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs and mashed bananas, combine well
  3. Add bisquick and vanilla to creamed mixture
  4. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
  6. Ovens vary, change degrees and cooking time accordingly. I recommend using a glass dish. Enjoy!
