Ingredients

  • BATTER
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
