My sister gave me this recipe years ago. Still make it. Love it toasted the next day with butter and honey...YUMMY!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons table salt
  • 1 can beer...any kind....experiment!

How To Make tina's beer bread

  • Step 1
    Grease a loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Blend in beer until just moistened. Do not over stir. Put in greased loaf pan bake 50 minutes. Can add cheese or bacon or dill or anything you wish.
