- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tattar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk,
- 2 cups rhubarb
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour,
- 1 cup brown sugar
How To Make rhubarb pinwheels

Step 1mix first 7 ingredients as fpr biscuits. roll out to a rectangle. spread with a little extra butter

Step 2combine rhubarb, sugar and flour and spread over dough. roll up like cinnamon roll.

Step 3slice into 12 rolls and place in a 9x13 inch pan mix brown sugar with 2 cups of boiling water . pour over rolls

Step 4bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
