I fell in love with Monte Christo sandwiches over 15 years ago, but they are so much work. This is super easy and can be varied with Ham and Cheddar as well. Enjoy! I serve it with Whipped Cream Cheese or Sour Cream and Jelly ( I prefer a spicy jelly) My daughter and I love making these together!

I used turkey in this roll-up. And I also used sweet chili to dip it in ... it was very good! You can cut these into bite size pieces and would make a wonderful appetizer at your next party.
