    2 eggs
  • ·
    7/8 cups milk
  • ·
    1 cup sifted flour
  • ·
    ¼ tsp. salt
  • ·
    ½ tsp. melted butter

How to Make Morning Popovers


  1. Sift salt and flour.
    Beat eggs.
    Mix milk, butter, flour and eggs.
    Pour into a greased popover pan about ½ way. Let rest.
    Place in a cold oven and set the temperature to 350 degrees F.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
